POSITIONS WE EMPLOY IN OUR STORES
Store Sales Manager
- Responsible for coaching and motivating their teams to drive sales that meet and exceed store sales metrics through staffing, training, and developing
- A minimum of 1-2 years of retail store management experience is required, along with a high school degree or GED equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this full-time position
Assistant Store Sales Manager
- Assist the Store Sales Manager in leading and coaching to drive sales that meet and exceed store sales metrics through staffing, training, and developing your team
- A minimum of 6 months to one year of retail store management experience is required, along with a high school degree or GED equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this full-time position
Sales Lead
- Partner with all Store Sales Management to direct and lead the store team in driving sales and meeting and exceeding customer service to exceed individual and store sales metrics
- A minimum of 6 months of retail store experience is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this part-time position
Sales Consultant
- Responsible for providing Vanity customers with exceptional service in selecting their merchandise to meet their needs and exceed individual and store sales metrics
- Must be 16 years of age or older to apply for this part-time position
