Once you create an account we will have your information saved on file; however, you may edit your shipping information online if you need to ship to an alternate address.
What is the difference between a billing and a shipping address?
Your shipping address is the delivery location for your order. Your billing address is the address that the credit card company mails you your monthly credit card bill. The billing information you provide must be the same information that your credit card issuer has on file. If your billing address doesn't match what the bank has on file, your order may not be processed. This may cause delays or cancellations of your order.
I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. What should I do?
We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. Please contact us immediately (1-866-247-7920) and we will assist you.
My order was cancelled, but there is a charge on my account. When will this charge be credited to me?
The charge you see on your account is actually a pre-authorization hold. This hold will drop off from your account according to your credit card issuer's (Bank) policy. This may be a few days to a couple of weeks. You should contact your credit card issuer to find out exactly when the pre-authorization hold will be released.
Why is my size not showing on the pull down menu?
Our company selects a range of sizes to be offered based on our experience with broader demand. When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item; it will no longer be shown online. To ensure the best fit for you, we recommend that you visit the Vanity stores and try the on your favorite items.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F CST.
How do I find an item that is no longer available on the eVanity.com web site?
We do not backorder any of our items. If you need to locate an item, you may want to check with your store by visiting our store locator.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Master Card.
How do I return an item?
The most convenient way to return an order is by using the return label provided with your original shipment. This lets you return your order directly to our warehouse. You may also return your items to Vanity stores. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Can I use a personal check or money order?
Sorry, but no. We only accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover at this time.
How do I find out my shipping cost?
eVanity.com shipping costs are calculated from the amount of your order and are displayed early within the checkout process. You may also choose faster delivery methods which may incur additional costs. See our Shipping details page in our Customer Service area for further details.
Do you ship to destinations outside of the USA?
At this time we only ship within the United States.
I just received my order and you sent the wrong item. What do I do?
We hope to make shopping at our site a positive experience every time and apologize if we made an error with your order. We will work to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. You can reach our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail at info@evanity.com
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrived by UPS, please re-package the order, with the paperwork inside, and attach the return label to the outside of the box. The package must be dropped off at a valid UPS pickup location. Visit UPS.com to locate your closest available location. Packages shipped back by any other method are at the discretion and responsibility of the customer. eVanity.com will not be held responsible for items being shipped back to our office.
Is there a number I can call to place an order over the phone?
Currently you can only place your order online.
Is there a store near me?
There are over 200 Vanity stores in the MidWest. Our online store locator will help you find the closest location.Click on your state to see the cities and shopping locations where you will find Vanity stores.
How do I change my order?
You can change your order until it enters the shipping process. This is normally at 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. If you need to change the items in your order, you will need to cancel your original order. Then you can create a new order with the corrected items. You may also contact Customer Service at info@evanity.com or via the phone toll free at 866-247-7920 during normal business hours.
When will my order arrive / Has my order shipped / What is the status of my order?
Tracking your order is very easy. Click on the order status link located at the top of our Web site. You will need your order number that accompanied your email confirmation along with the zip code of the billing address used during the transaction.
When will my order ship?
Generally, orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will typically ship the next business day. If we encounter problems with your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
What shipping options are available?
We have many shipping options available: UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail. We are not able to accept account numbers for UPS, Fed Ex or any other carriers. All orders will require payment for freight at the time of order.
Is the online price the same as in store price?
We strive to offer consistent pricing that meets with the Vanity stores. Sometimes an online price will not match the price that is available at your local store. The local price may have additional factors that influence the price difference from the online price. Please Note: Prices shown on eVanity.com are online prices only. Payment is required at the time of order. Vanity stores will not honor online pricing and eVanity.com will not honor special pricing offered at the local Vanity store.
